This is not a responsibility that we take lightly. The trust you have placed in us and your peace of mind are central to our operating practices. All our employees are subject to background checks and random, on site performance monitoring is used to maintain the integrity of the workforce. Many Ace’s clients are not at home on the day of service and provide a key to allow access. The Ace’s key security system is designed to provide peace of mind to the client by ensuring that there is no obvious link between the key and the address to which it relates. Each key is numbered, password protected in the cleaning software system and only issued on the day of service. No other identifying marks are put on the key. When not in use all keys are stored in a locked key safe. Ace’s Janitorial Cleaning Services L.L.C are happy to operate simple security systems but we ask clients to create a unique code for the day of service if possible, to provide an additional layer of protection. When it comes to security we firmly believe that prevention is better than detection.
